"decent products, room for improvement"
I recently purchased some irrigation supplies from irrigationexpress.co.nz. While the products are good quality, I found the customer service lacking in empathy and understanding. When I reached out with a question, the response felt a bit rushed and not very helpful. I appreciate the effort, but a more personal touch would go a long way. Overall, a decent experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.
